Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and so we're getting the turkey and all the fixin's ready to go. Not going to have as many people as originally planned, but it should still be a good day.
And today marks the last day I go anywhere near a mall without dire need. In fact, I haven't done holiday shopping at the mall since I discovered Amazon.com and the joys of Amazon Prime's free 2-day delivery. And trust me... it's less dangerous for everyone if I stay away from the crazy people who descend on the malls this time of year. Best to remove myself from the situation completely rather than trying to resist the urge to rip head off of some rude bitch who thinks it's alright to shove me out of her way as she rushes to spend her "Kolh's cash" to buy another gift for her oxygen stealing hellspawn.
But the insanity of the holiday shopping season is a rant for another day. Today I am looking forward to a day of good food and better company. For those who celebrate it, hope you have a happy and stress free Thanksgiving!
