Fortunately, it is very unlikely for such a group to maintain anything more than a backstage influence in a developed country. Particularly one with, ironically, so many Christians sects in it... all of whom seem to hate each other.

While such people are indeed dangerous and a very sad thing to know exists, they are only really heard due to the sheer audacity of their message. Unfortunately this is also a problem when there are lots of impressionable crazy people.

In contrast, racial violence and discrimination is far more common than religious persecution, but is far less covered. Laws are still put into place to protect people from such action (despite protests from long established political groups.)
